Installation Of The Fiberglass Gratings Mold

1. Move molded grating machine to proper installation place, make sure the four corners in horizontal.

2. Connect hot water pipe and cool water pipe to the machine according to the drawing.

3. Connect the heating system to electricity.

4. Clean the mold, especially the gaps at first, and daub propanone to the mold at first, let it dry. Then daub mold release agent to the gaps, the top surface of blocks. (If the mold is first applied, it need to be daubed with release agent 10 times at least)

5. Put jacks in place by each side of the machine.
