1. According to the production process, FRP rods are divided into winding pipes, which are widely used in pipelines. The cloth-wrapped tube is lightweight and high-strength, with equal strength in the vertical and horizontal directions, and can produce thin-walled tubes. The disadvantages are low production efficiency, many procedures, large amount of personnel, and low quality stability coefficient.

2. Pultrusion process—The production process is relatively simple, the vertical direction is stronger than the horizontal direction, and a reinforcement layer can be added to increase the horizontal strength. The surface is smooth and continuous production is possible. The products can be customized according to customer needs. The production efficiency is high, but the shortcomings are big. The production of size products is difficult, the machine and process requirements are high, and the production of thin-walled pipes is difficult. Most of the small and medium-sized pipes are produced, and the application prospects are broad.

3. According to the shape, the FRP rods are mainly round tubes, as well as FRP square tubes, FRP rectangular tubes, FRP porous tubes, various special-shaped tubes and other products. Various cross-section fiberglass tubes can be customized according to customer requirements.

4. According to the raw materials, the raw materials used in many FRP round rod tubes are polyester resin, anti-corrosion vinyl ester resin, and glass fiber tubes made of epoxy, phenolic, polyurethane and other raw materials, using different raw materials Given the different physical, mechanical and chemical properties of the glass fiber tube, we can customize the production and processing for the customer according to the customer’s specific use environment and requirements to meet customer requirements.
