1. Epoxy resin and epoxy resin composite type cable tray models can be divided to trunking (C) , cable ladder system(T) and cable tray (P) from structure point.
2. Selection of specifications for epoxy resin and epoxy resin composite cable trays:
The cable filling rate shall not exceed the standard stipulated value. The power cable shall be 40-50%, and the control cable shall be 50-70%. In addition, the development allowance of 10-25% should be reserved. A variety of bending and accessories should meet the requirements of the layout of the project and match with cable protection system.
3. Selection of load grade of epoxy resin and epoxy resin composite cable trays:
In addition to its own weight, fiberglass cable tray shall also stand the mechanical load of the wires and cables. The working load shall not be higher than the rated load under the selected load rating. The relative deflection of epoxy resin and epoxy resin composite shall not be higher than 1/200 when the cable tray is subjected to rated uniform load.
