What factors affect the performance of FRP profiles?

Fiber diameter: generally, the smaller the glass diameter, the more significant the fiber effect of the same content. But in the actual production of products, the difference is not very obvious.

Fiber length: the longer the fiber, the better the product performance. When the fiber length is less than o. 04mm, the fiber has no reinforcing effect. Injection molding products, fiber and granular materials are generally 0.2 ~ 0.6mm. However, too long fiber in granular material will make the fluidity of the material poor, resulting in molding difficulties.

Fiber dispersion in the product: the more evenly the FRP profile is dispersed in the product, the better the mechanical strength and heat resistance, while improving the elastic modulus of the more favorable.
